Jon Duncan came outside to see someone dumping these items illegally at the end of his block. After going through the items he found the address that they came from and went to the house where he found a woman who was moving and paid her nephew to dump these items and they ended up on the street instead. Jon Duncan then brought the lady back every single item that was illegally dumped and put them on her drive way so they can take it to the dumps this time. Thank you Jon Duncan!!
