3:40PM – Sonoma Blvd – 2 young men with rifles shot 2 women near Jolibee. A man drove the women to a local hospital where he was held down by security and detained by VPD for possessing a firearm at the hospital. A witness states that the young men shot at the women hitting both and business windows and then took off running. We do not know the condition of the women but will update you if anything new is learned. This is the second shooting of the day. The first was on Tennessee st where we hear the victim most likely has passed away.
