10:52PM Alabama st – VPD located a stolen vehicle and initiated a traffic stop. The vehicle took off on them and crashed into a building on Alabama st it sounds like and went up in flames. They had to shoot out the drivers side window with a rubber bullet due to no movement in the vehicle and making sure it wasnt dangerous for the officers to approach. Moments later they pulled the driver out and started CPR. We do not think the person made it.
