1:12AM – Tennessee and Colusa – Screams could be heard coming from the vehicle that crashed after being chased by the Sheriff after shooting a firearm on Humbolt st. The passenger was trapped under the glove box and needed help being removed from the car. Fire arrived to cut the car open and free him.
