8/23/24 – 10:50PM – Lemon St – VPD noticed a man with a firearm parking in front of a liquor store and going inside with a handgun in his waist band. He came back out and got into a white camry and took off at over 100mph south on Sonoma Blvd. VPD was able to stop and detain him.
