Oct 6th – 11:40PM – Sacramento and Tennessee st – a sideshow spectator was stealing street signs somehow and CHP air observed him. He was listening to the scanner and taunted the helicopter by holding up the signs for them to see better. He then got in a hyundai to make a getaway with the metallic loot. CHP dealt with this incident.
