1:13Am – 711 on Fairgrounds (crest) – someone called 911 due to 2 people shooting at each other outside of the store. VPD was close by and showed up quicky to see the men both run off. One of them shot. They detained one woman on Basalt Dr. We do not think she is the suspect as they stated after checking video footage that the suspect left in a vehicle not on foot. They found the victim a little while after with a gunshot wound in his foot.
