3:50PM Jack In the Box on Admiral Callaghan – a man was inside this location with a gun. Pulling it out of his pants repeatedly and pointing it at people. When VPD arrived he took off running towards the freeway and was arrested near the east bound 80 lanes. The accident at springs and Humboldt was not related to this event as we first suspected.
