9:19PM – Falcon st – Police attempted to pull over a black chrysler with no headlights and it took off on them. They got to Bw williams and Walnut before they crashed, the driver and 2 passengers got out and ran into the neighborhood and jumped into a yard on pecan st. One of the people that ran was found by a neighbor bleeding badly and sent to the hospital.
