3:28PM – Amador @ Tennessee st – Timmion Jeffery was in a 95 toyota with a passenger that was responsible for 7 smash and grabs and one strong armed robbery – tHey drove off doing 50+mph when vpd attempted to stop it. tHey hit a car at shasta and tennessee and kept going. The airbags deployed and the car slowed in speed but continued onto the freeway towards concord. The passenger jumped out at GMC dealership in concord and was detained. The driver was caught on emerson ct a short while later. Timmion Jeffery (24) out of pittsburg was arrested. He had two warrants for robbery.
