lAst week you read a post about the Sheriff’s office along with Vacaville PD serving a search warrant on a home at 239 lincoln rd W #57 in Vallejo. During this event they found over 120 terabytes of child images and video and arrested Frank. We have been following this case and noticed he was released from jail and there appears to be no pending charges. Frank was found guilty in 2023 of the same charges. he was sentanced to 180 days in jail. He is a tier 3 sex offender. more to come.
