On Wednesday March 31, 2021 at approximately 8:02 p.m., members of the Vallejo Police Department (VPD) Crime Reduction Team located and arrested 24-year-old Edgar Medina of Vallejo, a suspect wanted in connection to the March 28, 2021 murder of 42-year-old Amber Fallin.
