6:55PM – 2XX Arkansas st – A citizen called 911 that they heard shots fired and seen masked men running from the location and one had a shotgun. The victim was hit in the leg and was able to run away. The victim was also armed with a handgun. it was later described as a shootout. 3 men were shooting from across the tracks on yolo to arkansas st and left in a white dodge charger.
