3:49PM – Near 11 Tennessee St – numerous people called regarding a man chasing and shooting at another in front of THE CHIROPRACTERS office on foot. They were described as a white hoodie shooting at a black hoodie. A few mins later black hoodie was at curtola and sonoma waving people down asking for help. Police were not able to locate him.
