4:12PM – Napa and kentucky st area – a 911 caller heard gunshots and seen two men with masks taking things out of a white BMW. The car was already occuppied and left the scene. People came out of a residence and started picking up unknown things from the ground. The two masked men ran off. The BMW crashed into another car that was parked on Napa and carolina st. The person in the bmw was shot. We are not sure if this was a robbery.
