12:30AM – Tennessee st and Mare Island – VPD reported shots heard in the area and then reported a car flipped over in the same area with someone deceased inside of it. They then found a “Scene” nearby which is not said for a car accident. A shooting hasnt been confirmed because they ordered to keep it off the air but it seems apparent. If we find out DIFFERENT, we will update.
