11:00PM – Menosse Court – 911 stated they got a call from a male who said he shot his mother and she is not breathing. VPD traced the call to a google voice number out of texas and believed this to be a swatting call. A swatting call is when someone usually in another state will find real info on someone else that they have a problem with usually from online and then make a fake call to their local police with a story bad enough that swat comes out and surrounds the house and brings them out at gun point. It was confirmed a fake call.
