9:03PM – Broadway – A man stole a Crown hill Cement Mixer truck from Broadway st with police already on scene. They had to let it go because of how dangerous it was driving. They chased after it while cement went flying out of it. VPD cancelled the chase we are guessing because it could kill someone. They went back to the cement yard and then got a call that the truck crashed into a pole on Alabama st by itself. The suspect ran into apartments near by. Michael sinata is believed to be the suspect and has warrants for his arrest in Nevada.
