Does every plan include the same services?
Yes. The plans differ only by price and renewal schedule. Every active membership includes access to the full set of VCS member services.
Will I automatically receive every text alert?
No. After joining, you can separately enroll in text alerts and select the categories you want. You can change those preferences later.
Can I cancel recurring billing?
Yes. You can cancel future renewal through the subscription-management option. Your membership remains active through the end of the period already paid for.
Are VCS alerts an official emergency service?
No. Vallejo Crime & Safety is an independent community information service, not a law-enforcement agency, fire department, emergency dispatch center, or official government alert system. Call 911 for an emergency and follow official public-safety instructions.
